Returns Policy

PLEASE NOTE: Our product warranty and returns only cover manufacturing defects and do not cover:

  • Accidental Damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Fading of colours and materials due to sun exposure

  • Incorrect  size or colour selected

What if I don't like my items?

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email: info@niawyn.co.uk and we will explain how to return it. We will refund you once your order gets back to us. The goods must be returned in their original condition. Please note, we do not cover the cost of posting back the item unless your item is damaged.

My item is damaged or has a manufacturing fault

If you have received a faulty or damaged item and would like to return it to Nia Wyn Interiors, please email us directly at info@niawyn.co.uk. To help us process your request, please provide your full name, order number, details of the damage or fault and include a photograph to clearly show the the damaged or faulty area of the product.

Can I cancel my order?

​

If you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Contact us at info@niawyn.co.uk to inform us you would like to cancel. Please include your full name and order number in the email. A full refund to the original payment method will be issued for orders cancelled within the 24-hour period. We cannot process any cancellations after the 24-hour time period has passed.

Can I amend my order?

 

If you need to amend your order or shipping address, please let us know via email at info@niawyn.co.uk within 24 hours of submitting your order. For any requests, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot make any changes to orders after the 24-hour time period has passed.
